Introducing Bebamon

Bebamon started from a simple idea: a baby monitor does not have to be another box you buy for a short period and then store away. An older phone or tablet can work well as the baby unit, while your main phone stays with you as the parent device.

Bebamon provides live audio and video, sound and motion detection, and notifications on the parent device. Detection runs on the baby device, so alerts do not require storing a recording of the whole room.

Why another baby monitor app?

Because baby monitoring depends on practical details: quick pairing, stable connection, clear plans, and careful handling of sensitive data. Bebamon does not create audio or video recordings by default and is designed so sensitive detection work happens on the device near the child.

What’s next

We are gradually adding features for more children and more parent devices, better streaming modes, and easier use while travelling. The goal stays the same: reliable monitoring without unnecessary hardware and without storing the live feed.
