These terms govern your use of the Bebamon service (the “service") operated by Ing. Petr Filip, Company ID (IČO) 07179952 (the “provider"). By registering or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
Bebamon turns two devices into a baby monitor with live audio/video, local cry detection and notifications. Media is neither recorded nor stored.
2. Your account
An account is required. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. By using the service you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to process the child's data you add.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, disrupt its operation, circumvent security, or use it unlawfully or to monitor people without their knowledge where the law requires it.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and scope are shown in the app. Subscriptions renew for the stated period until cancelled. When self-hosted, billing is disabled and features are free.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content and services supplied immediately, you acknowledge that, by expressly consenting to performance before the period ends, this right lapses to the extent the service has been provided.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and the service is not a substitute for personal supervision of a child nor a medical device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
You can delete your account anytime in settings; data is then erased per the Privacy Policy. The provider may restrict or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
9. Dispute resolution
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
